Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in our photography courses. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the contact information provided on our website. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Course Cancellation by Student

If you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the course start date.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

Course Cancellation by Us

In the event that we need to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances, we will provide a full refund to all enrolled students.

We will make every effort to notify students of course cancellations as early as possible and will work to reschedule courses when feasible.

Online Course Refunds

For online courses, refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. After this period or if more content has been accessed, refunds are not available.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of this policy, such as repeatedly enrolling and canceling courses.

Workshop and Event Cancellations

Cancellation policies for workshops and special events may differ from regular courses. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of registration for these events.

In general, workshop cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you paid by check or other non-electronic methods, refunds will be issued by check and may take additional time to process and deliver.

Transfer Policy

In some cases, you may be able to transfer your enrollment to a different course or session instead of canceling. Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be approved by us.

Transfer requests should be made as early as possible to ensure availability in your desired alternative course.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of documented emergencies, medical issues, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
